Here are 9 exercises for LEGS, GLUTES, HIPS and CARDIO with steps!
Beginners 2 sets, intermediates 3 and expert 4.
From left to right starting at the top:
1️⃣ Side jog for 1 minute.
Take care of your knees, do not let your front knee overhang the tip of your foot. 20 repetitions.
3️⃣ Lower your glutes as much as you can. 15 repetitions.
4️⃣ When you go up, you cross the leg ahead. When you come down, behind. 20 repetitions.
5️⃣ Jump with 1 foot! Use your arms to maintain balance. 10 times with each foot.
6️⃣ open squat (for the inside of the legs -adductors) 20 repetitions.
7️⃣ Lunge open outwards. 10 times with each leg.
8️⃣ 3 seconds of squat trot. 15 times.
9️⃣ Lunges later crossed. With 2 levels of height. 20 repetitions.
